Magnum Opus is a live 14-dimension process that helps you make sense of the patterns, passions, experiences, and ambitions already shaping your life.
The result is a clearer picture of who you are, what matters most, and where your energy wants to go next.
It draws on a purpose architecture developed over seven years and powered by patent-pending conxiOS technology.
Clarity starts by naming what is already there.
Magnum opus is traditionally used for a creator's most important or accomplished work. Here, the work is you. More clearly articulated. Mapped across 14 dimensions. Yours to keep.
Across 14 structured dimensions — Purpose, Primal Instinct, Principles, Potential, and more — Magnum Opus unfolds as a live conversation. The conxiOS-powered AI listens to what you actually say, carries the context forward, and adjusts what it asks next as your story takes shape.
At the end, that same intelligence synthesizes the conversation into a personal profile and a Peak Power phrase, six words distilled from your own answers.
Each dimension surfaces something specific. Together they form a coherent personal profile, a geometric map built from your own language, patterns, and priorities.
Your Magnum Opus helps you see how four forces relate: what draws you in, why it matters, what you choose to pursue, and what those choices can build over time.
Six words.
Distilled from your story.
After 14 dimensions of honest conversation, Peak Power condenses the through-line that emerged across your answers into six words. The aim is simple: language clear enough to remember and useful enough to keep testing against your life.
Explore a fictional sample showing the structure and depth of the final synthesis, including the 14 dimensions, Root System, possible personal and professional pursuits, Peak Power, and reflective prompts. Your own output will follow your conversation, not this example.
The conxiOS-powered AI works inside a defined 14-dimension purpose architecture. It carries the thread of the session, notices what has already been established, and changes its next question based on your answers.
That makes the experience responsive without becoming directionless. Your route is personal, while the underlying architecture remains consistent enough to bring the whole conversation together into one coherent map.
"A category can describe you. A direction can guide you."
The output is a personal map built from your own answers, designed to help you articulate a direction rather than hand you a verdict.

No pitch. Just a conversation.
Request a free conversationMagnum Opus was developed through seven years of cross-disciplinary synthesis and applied iteration across human needs, emotion research, psychology, philosophy, and real-world work with people and organizations. conxiOS is the proprietary, patent-pending architecture that brings those inputs into one coherent system.
"This represents the highest possible performance across our framework."
Questions about the methodology:
This began as a personal search. In every boardroom meeting, every creative session, every client engagement across a 30-year career — the same friction kept surfacing. Conflict. Misalignment. People doing good work in the wrong direction. Underneath every business challenge, he kept finding a human one.
The question became: which patterns keep recurring across the ways humans make sense of themselves, and can those patterns be made useful? The struggle is not unique. The struggle is human. We just think we are alone in it.
In summer 2017, Israel left the advertising industry as an internationally awarded Chief Creative Officer — Young & Rubicam, Leo Burnett, David & Goliath — to create a dedicated space for research and development. Sunday+Night was built as an applied human psychology lab, disguised as a consultancy. Not theory. Real people. Real stakes. Fast iteration.
The goal was to find the simplest, most stable framework possible, one that could hold up across industries, ages, cultures, and contexts. It took seven years to stabilize. Hundreds of individuals. Dozens of organizations. Retiring management consultants finding their next chapter. Startup founders learning to build from purpose. Burnt-out executives discovering what they actually wanted.
And one 13-year-old who later built a craft bakery and began funding her pastry education through it. Her Magnum Opus helped her see baking as a direction worth taking seriously.
Israel completed his own Magnum Opus in 2020. Six years later, it still holds and still informs major decisions. For him, that durability matters as much as any research claim.
Different lives. Different transitions. The same willingness to look closely.
"I finally understood why baking made me feel like myself when nothing else did."
Her Peak Power
Built to make things real.
She came to Magnum Opus at 13 during a difficult period in her life, carrying a question she could not quite answer: what am I actually here for?
One thread kept returning: baking. The precise, meditative, creative act of making something from nothing felt deeply like hers. Her Magnum Opus helped her see it as a direction worth taking seriously.
She opened a small craft bakery. It grew. She is now using savings and profits from the business to help fund pastry school. She is not yet 20.
"Forty years building other people's strategies. I had never built one for myself."
His Peak Power
The quiet force behind clarity.
After decades of advising organizations on strategy, he had never turned the lens on himself. The conversation helped him articulate a distinction he had not named before: his strength was not only strategy, but making complex things legible to the people who needed them most. He began shaping his next chapter around that insight.
"I kept taking roles that were right for my career and wrong for my soul."
Her Peak Power
Stories that shift what people believe.
She had the career. What she lacked was a filter for the work that was actually hers to do. Her Magnum Opus gave her clearer language for the work she wanted to pursue and a better filter for the work that did not fit.
"I have spent 20 years helping people understand themselves. I had never done this for me."
Her Peak Power
I hold the light so others can see.
The irony was not lost on her. Twenty years of clinical practice, a full roster of clients — and she had never turned the process on herself. Her Magnum Opus gave her a different kind of language for herself than the clinical language she used every day with others.
"I had everything I was supposed to want. I just couldn't remember why I wanted it."
Her Peak Power
Impossible to lead from empty.
The Magnum Opus did not tell her to quit. It helped her understand why the role felt hollow — and what had been missing from how she was operating inside it. She stayed in leadership, but changed how she approached the role and what she expected from herself.
"I knew my product. I didn't know why I cared about it. That gap was costing me."
His Peak Power
I build what others thought impossible.
His pitch had always been technically sharp. After his Magnum Opus, he could articulate the human reason behind the product. He began using that clearer language in investor conversations and in how he approached hiring.
This work is most useful when you are ready to meet it honestly. There is no countdown and no pressure to force the timing. Come back when the decision feels clear.
Every tier completes your full Magnum Opus. The difference is the level of human support you want alongside the process.

Your Magnum Opus does not have to sit in a drawer. The AI companion keeps your profile in context so you can return to the same language, priorities, and patterns in ongoing conversation. It is a specialized conxiOS-powered companion rather than a blank general-purpose chat.

"I have done years of therapy and read every self-help book there is. Nothing has ever made me feel this seen. The six words it gave me made me pull over and just sit with it."
